Bottom Line: Jesus is alive.

Read:  Luke 24:1-7

Don’t look past the miracle that happened while the women simply showed up. 

You’re showing up in the same way. As DreamTeam, that’s often what we do. We greet families, hand out snacks, lead games, manage chaos, and comfort nervous kids. Sometimes it can feel ordinary. Sometimes we wonder if it’s making a difference. But what if the spaces we serve are more sacred than we realize? 

Every laugh, every conversation, every worship song sung by a child creates space for God to move. A child discovers they are loved. Another learns they can trust God. Seeds of faith take root. Every one of these are sacred moments! 

That hallway, that stage, that noisy group room? It’s holy ground. Because Jesus is alive, and His Spirit is moving. Something deeper is happening than most can see.  

Psalm 8:2 reminds us that the praise of children is powerful. It builds a stronghold against darkness. Something shifts in the spiritual atmosphere.  

This is more than a volunteer role. It’s a holy assignment you were invited into! Praise God that you get to be a part of it!  

Prayer Moment 

Pause today and stand somewhere quiet. Take off your shoes if you can. Say, “This is holy ground.” Ask Jesus to help you see the sacred in the ordinary. Thank Him that He brings life where we least expect it.
