Bottom Line: Follow the Light.

Read: John 8:12  

All week long you have been helping kids understand what it means to follow the ... (Go ahead and say it, we know you want to) LIGHT!  

And if we’re honest, we’ve all lived through seasons, maybe your there right now, where the darkness is threatening to overwhelm that light and life that Jesus promised. If that’s you, you’re not alone.  

Maybe you’re in a sweet spot, and poised to overflow the light you are living in to those around you. If that’s you, thank God for the grace in this season. 

No matter where we find ourselves, we can reflect on this Kids Camp week. We’re not in elementary school, but camp was for us too. If it's helpful, choose a question below to pray about, to journal through, or to discuss with someone else.  

What can I praise God for?  

When was I challenged this week?  

Where did I sense the Holy Spirit moving?  

Where is God nudging me to trust Him more?  

Is there something God is inviting me to find freedom from?  

How did I live out my God-given purpose this week? 

Prayer

Dear God, thank You for an incredible week! Thank You for making yourself known to these kids, and for the work you're doing in my heart too. I want to know You more. I want to know Your love and share it with the world. Help me to keep following the Light. We worship You and praise You for this week. May these children grow in their relationship with You and follow You for the rest of their lives! In Jesus' name, Amen.
