Read Kids Camp Memory Verse - John 13:34

Do your kids remind you of ... well, you? It’s wonderful when they are living out your best qualities, but not so great when you see them trudging through the same hard things you’ve worked through.  

All week long your kids have been learning what it means to Live It Out – to share the love of Jesus with those around them. But we know your kids look to you to show them how to live it out. And you get the honor of pointing them to Jesus. 

If you’ve experienced the love of Jesus, share that with your kids. Tell them how Jesus has changed your life. If you’re still wrestling with who Jesus is, you’re not alone. Our church wants to help you, and your whole family, on this life-changing adventure. 

This week’s memory verse gives us a foundation to build our life upon – loving others. We receive God’s love, we love our kids well, and we show them how to love others. We live it out.  

 

Ask your Heavenly Father to father you. Ask him to lead you and guide you as you help your kids build a real, lasting faith of their very own.  

Dear God, thank you for an incredible week! Thank you for making yourself known to these kids, and for the work you're doing in my heart as well. I want to know you more. I want to know your love and share it with the world. Help us all Live It Out. We worship you and praise you for this week. May these children grow in their relationship with you and follow you for the rest of their lives! In Jesus' name, Amen.
