Psalm 16:11
You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.

As we come to the end of this week, pause and let this verse sink in. This Psalm is the series theme verse for Unshakeable Joy. Everything we've explored so far - the call to discern truth, to live in love, and to hold fast to what is good - finds its anchor here. True, unshakeable joy is found in God himself, not in temporary pleasures or fleeting successes.

This week, maybe you've been reminded that counterfeit loves and false promises will never satisfy, or you've seen how God's love not only fills us but overflows into how we treat others. Wherever you are, let Psalm 16:11 be your anchor. When life feels shaky, return to this truth: God's presence is your steady joy, and his love is yours forever.

Rest in the joy that comes from being fully loved, fully known, and fully his.

Prayer:
Father, thank you for showing me the way of life. In your presence, I find the deepest joy that nothing in this world can take away. Thank you for the promise that life with you is not just for today, but forever. Teach me to walk in your ways, to delight in your presence, and to trust that the pleasures you offer are far greater than anything else I could chase. Keep my heart steady in you, now and always. Amen.
