This group will join the Toledo Day Women's class, which is studying the time of the Israelite's exile in the books of Ezekiel, Daniel, Ezra, Esther, Haggai, Zechariah, Nehemiah, and Malachi. We'll be looking at God's people during this time called to build HIs kingdom in a foreign land to ask ourselves, "Am I building a life for Christ?" We will be placed in different discussion groups in the class, but be able to attend the lecture together and have monthly lunches to discuss what we're learning! If you have a heart for the Next Generation to Know God, but don’t necessarily want to be in a classroom with kids on the weekends, you can still support our growing Kids Ministry at South Toledo! Come help prepare the classrooms for our kids and leaders on Sunday mornings. We need help with preparing crafts and classrooms and with keeping CedarVille clean and organized. We'll work together so we can be sharing life and prayers with one another. It is a great way to be in community together as we equip the weekend team to build a knowledge and love of Jesus into a foundation for the rest of our kids' lives! Bible Study Fellowship will begin a new study, Exile & Return, featuring eight Old Testament books of history and prophecy that cover Israel’s exile in Babylon and their eventual return to the promised land. We will study Daniel, Esther, Ezekiel, Haggai, Ezra, Malachi, Zechariah and Nehemiah. Jesus loved to quote Old Testament Scripture. In fact, in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus declared, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them (Matthew 5:17).” That means one of Jesus’ goals in coming to earth was to fulfill everything written in Scripture, including the eight books we will explore. His life, teachings, and mission are inextricably linked to and interwoven within the Old Testament. Anyone wanting to gain a complete picture of our Lord and Savior should absolutely study these amazing books. BSF’s Exile & Return study will “focus on Jesus, Israel’s Messiah-King, and how His life and ministry are anticipated in Scripture.”

College and Coffee is a group for young adults ages 18-25, college and adulting is hard, there is a lot of change and that can be uncomfortable sometimes. I know when I was starting college and starting adulthood, I was definitely in need of a group to keep me in touch and in my faith, and that is exactly the reason I want to start this group as a fresh college grad. Through the next 13 weeks we are going to read a plan titled Young Adults + Stories. Here is a brief synopsis if the plan: Being a young adult in your 20' and 30's comes with challenges. Whether in college or the workforce, life's struggles, pain, and joys appear often. In this plan, 6 young adults share their stories and how God has worked in their lives regarding family hurt, anxiety, community, self -work, and loneliness. We Welcome you to come along, and then consider sharing your own story with us.

This Group is for Woman of any age who enjoy walking and Nature. There is so much nature in the Bible. We will be reading and discussing scripture. Luke 12:24-26 Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest? Weather will contribute to the meeting spot, and schedule at times.

Life as you know it may never be the same. No matter where you are in your faith journey, this curriculum will challenge you to take a step toward truth—about God, about faith, and about yourself. It is for freedom that Christ set us free. That’s what Paul wrote in Galatians 5:1, and Jesus Himself said that He came to the earth so that we may have life and have it to the full ( John 10:10). Just imagine that: Life abundant. Not barely surviving, but truly living. It means days filled with hope, joy, and purpose. This is the kind of life God always intended for you to have. God wants a relationship with you, and He sent his son, Jesus, to bridge the gap between earth and heaven so you could know Him. The journey may not be easy, but it will be rewarding. During this semester, you will be the one who decides how far you are willing to go to find freedom. Here is a promise from Jeremiah 29:13: If you seek Him with your whole heart, you will find Him. The pursuit of Freedom begins today.

*(Day and time are subject to change to fit everyone's schedule)* Do you ever feel like your life is just a cycle on repeat? As mom’s, we take care of a lot behind the scenes and sometimes that can feel heavy. We weren’t created to go about this alone. God intended for us to have a village. Community. This group is a place where moms can come and share their experiences and be encouraged. Sometimes the hardest part about being a mom is making time to be poured into. Let’s hold space for each other and lift one another up. Our God has gifted each of us an amazing story and it deserves to be shared. Kids are welcome! I will have an activity for kids to do each week - weather permitting. Plan on bringing a lawn chair and snacks for your kiddos if they need them.

Are you secretly a Doubter? Has a personal circumstance, betrayal, or just the state of the world caused you to question your faith? Do you have areas of skepticism about the Bible or Christianity that you can no longer ignore? Do you suddenly feel like a poser amongst strong believers? A crisis of faith can be a difficult and sometimes very lonely place, especially if you’re unable to share it with your family, friends, or other church members. Join us as we explore our doubts by discussing the book Faith After Doubt, by Brian McLaren. We will examine what brought us here and how we can learn to accept or even embrace doubt as an important element of our faith journey. Our group discussions will be confidential, compassionate, and judgment-free! We'll meet at my home in Ottawa Hills. The book is available on Amazon -- $15.40 hardcover, $10.99 paperback.

Change your lunch plans, and Change a Child's life! Join us every Monday for 45 minutes to make a difference at Whitehouse Elementary by being a "Lunch Pal" for a student who could use a friend. The school will identify students who could benefit from a mentoring relationship. Some students are facing social, economic, family and or academic challenges, or they are at a point in their lives where they will especially benefit from an additional positive and encouraging adult who spends time with them. You will be paired with a student based on similar interests and then have the opportunity to sit with them for lunch and go out to recess with them. Your willingness to invest time with a child will have a huge impact! There are 4 different time frames: 11:15-12pm, 11:45-12:30pm, 12:15-1pm, or 12:45-1:30pm You can pick 1 time frame for one student or 2 time frames, and impact 2 students. Background checks (free) will be provided and are required for this group.

In our group we believe in connection, family, and love. People need connection with one another, especially with adults. We are all Gods children and are made to have fellowship. Too many kids need to play and not be on social media. Once a month they can just be kids. We will have kids games set up for them, and connect with other kids. Just with fellowship, Jesus brings out the love. 1 John 1:6-7: Fellowship with one another involves walking in the light. I feel this will bring out the light in people being able to get out of the house, have a meal, and just connect. We can lift each-other with love and prayer. We understand times are hard and we just need to laugh, but also prayer about our circumstances. Jesus is love. So we can love each-other. Hebrews 10:24-25: Christians should meet together to encourage one another. So Let’s play Euchre! You don’t know how? It doesn’t matter, we can learn together. We meet every other Saturday. One week with kids, and one week without. Time away from children and time with adults. Come join us for a time with laughter and love.

We’re a group that meets weekly to grow in our relationship with Jesus and each other. Each gathering begins with a warm welcome, time for prayer, and sharing life’s highs and lows. We then dive into a Bible-based study—sometimes guided by video or notes—followed by open discussion and reflection as a group. We always close in prayer, encouraging one another as we head into the week. Whether you're new to the Bible or have studied for years, there’s a place for you here!

Welcome to our Perrysburg Campus Pickleball Group! We will plan to play for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes, or longer for those that want to stay, every Saturday ay 9 Am. This year we are going to be playing at the Toledo Pickleball Club 301 Glenwood in Rossford. This is a private club and is $25 https://toledopickleball.com/schedule to join. As pickleball is becoming so popular it is hard to make sure we have courts for our group and this may guarantee we have courts. Becoming a member also allows you to play during other open and private member play times. In order to play you will need 3 items: (1) A Pickleball paddle (2) water and (3) a trustworthy pair of court shoes. There is also a nice pavilion if you want to bring a chair. We hope to see you on the court as we get ready to play some Pickleball!

This is a group message between women of all ages, all structure and lifestyles. We lift, empower and encourage each other, by being supportive, offering advice, and joining along in prayer. We all come from different walks, spiritual journeys and backgrounds yet we all have one common goal and it's just to make it through this journey in a sisterhood in Christ. Life is NOT easy, we choose to not do it alone. Instead we lock arms, and forge together - one wayward step at a time :). Rather than meet weekly this is a daily open chat group through Facebook Messenger. If you are joining this group, please find me on FB and add me so we can get you added to the group chat! Moms give 110%—all day, every day, all year long. And let’s be real: putting ourselves first? That’s often at the bottom of the to-do list (right after "laundry mountain" and "find lost sippy cup"). As a mom of two little ones, I get how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself. That’s why I’m inviting YOU—whether you’re a brand new mama, a seasoned pro with grown kids, or counting down the days 'til baby arrives—to join me for a little weekly reset. Just a small slice of time to breathe, laugh, and fill your cup. Come as you are—messy bun, yoga pants, and all. Let’s build community, share the highs, the lows, and all the in-betweens of this wild, beautiful ride called motherhood.

Scouts BSA is the traditional Scouting experience where boys and girls can have their share of adventure in the great outdoors. They develop a love of service by volunteering in the community, boost their leadership skills through fun and exciting challenges, and create memories of a lifetime. Every Scout chooses the amount of involvement they want. Some join just for fun and adventure, while others focus on advancement toward the top rank of Eagle Scout. There is no prior Scouting experience required.
