Babies - 4th Grade

• Gain experience in recruiting, developing and leading volunteers
• Explore and execute all aspects of the CedarCreek Kids weekend experience
• Assist with ministry projects and event planning and execution
• Participate in programming and curriculum development
• Develop communication skills in large and small group environments with children, parents and volunteers
• Gain experience in teambuilding, collaboration and leadership development
