5th-12th Grades

• Participate in programming and curriculum development (including Groups, Large Program experience, and social media)
• Develop large group communication skills
• Assist with ministry projects and event planning and execution
• Gain experience leading and coaching members of the DreamTeam (volunteers)
• Develop communication skills with students, parents and volunteers
• Gain experience in teambuilding and collaboration
