• Help people connect and move one step on the spiritual journey (GrowthTrack or DreamTeam)
  
• Develop large group communication skills
• Assist with ministry projects and event planning and execution
• Gain experience leading and coaching members of the DreamTeam (volunteers)
• Develop communication skills with guests and volunteers
• Gain experience in teambuilding, collaboration, and leadership development
