• Participate in programming and curriculum development for Groups
• Help people connect and move one step on the spiritual journey 
• Gain experience developing outreach projects that meet real and tangible needs
• Gain experience leading and coaching members of the DreamTeam (volunteers)
• Develop networking experience in working with partner organizations
• Develop communication skills with guests and volunteers
• Gain experience in team-building, collaboration, and leadership development
