ARTS | Internship

This role will learn/understand production, but also be able to lead a team musically.

Music

• Develop skills in one or more of these areas: vocals, guitar, bass, drums, and/or keys
• Grow in professional technique and performance experience
• Create clicks, loops, and other elements for musical performance
• Learn all aspects of the live production process
• Assist with ministry projects and event planning and execution
• Develop communication skills with guests and volunteers
• Gain experience leading and coaching members of the DreamTeam (volunteers)

Production

• Gain experience in teambuilding and collaboration
• Develop skills in one or more of these areas: lighting, audio, live video, and/or stage design
• Learn all aspects of the live production process
• Assist with ministry projects and event planning and execution
• Develop communication skills with guests and volunteers
• Gain experience leading and coaching members of the DreamTeam (volunteers)
• Gain experience in teambuilding and collaboration
