High School Camp | Grades 9-12

We are excited to invite current 9th-12th graders to experience the best weekend of their summer. A weekend filled with all the summer vibes. Water slides, beach time, bonfires and stargazing, late night pizza, competitive games and activities, new friends spiritual mentors, engaging teaching and meaningful worship. It is a life-changing experience they will never forget.

WHAT TO KNOW

You are responsible for transporting your child to & from the Michindoh Conference Center. Students are also permitted to drive themselves to camp.

Check-In

4pm on Friday, July 11th at the Michindoh Conference Center. No students will be allowed to check-in before 4pm. Please do not arrive before 4pm.

Pick-up

10:30am on Monday, July 14th at Michindoh Conference Center.

Bedding: Sleeping bag and/or sheets & pillow
Toiletries: deodorant, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste etc
2 Towels & Washcloths (one for waterfront, one for showers)

Where is High School Camp located?

Michindoh Conference Center, located at 4545 East Bacon Rd Hillsdale, MI 49242

Where and when will my student need dropped off?

You will drop off your student at Michindoh Conference Center starting at 4pm on Friday, July 11th 2025.

Where and when will my student need picked up?

You will pick up your student at Michindoh Conference Center at 10:30am on Monday, July 14th 2025.

Can High School students drive themselves to and from High School Camp?

Yes. We will have parking available for those who to choose to drive themselves to High School Camp.

Can students arrive late to High School Camp or leave early from High School Camp?

Yes! If you are in need of an abnormal drop-off/pick-up times, please email our team at Students@CedarCreek.tv prior to camp.

What do sleeping arrangements look like?

All students will be in cabins with other students from their campus and age range, and with at least TWO group leaders. Students are able to submit a cabinmate request during registration and our team will do our best to accommodate that request; however, we cannot assure the request will be made.

Will my student ever be off by him or herself?

Nope! We follow the “buddy” rule at High School Camp, where all students are to take someone along if going somewhere.

Can I register my student with any CedarCreek Campus?

We ask that your register with the campus you normally attend. That way, all students can be placed in groups that are consistent with what they will experience when they get back to church.

What does the registration cost cover?

Everything (besides transportation). All meals, activities, housing, etc.

Does CedarCreek provide transportation to High School Camp?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any transportation to and from High School Camp. You are responsible to transport your student to and from High School Camp.

Is High School Camp registration cost refundable or transferable?

All registrations are final. No transfers or refunds are available.

How will I receive communication once my student is registered?

You will receive a confirmation email, and from there, all communication will come via email or text. You can also find important information in our app under the Camp Resources section of the Explore tab.

What if my student has dietary restrictions?

Please specify on your student’s registration any concerns or restrictions your student has regarding food. From there, we will do our best to serve your student while at camp, OR contact us at Students@CedarCreek.tv prior to camp.

Is there a lost and found at High School Camp?

Please label EVERYTHING. We will hold all items until July 31st. After that time, items will be donated. To pick up items left at camp, please come to our Perrysburg office Mon-Thu 9am-5pm or email us at Students@CedarCreek.tv.

Can my student bring any technology or their cell phones?

A reminder that it is a best practice not to send your student with any electronics. If you need to get in touch with your child in an emergency, please call the Michindoh Conference Center and they will get ahold of our staff.

My student needs daily medication. How will they get it?

All medications must be in the original prescription bottle. Please only send enough medication to cover the time of the students stay at camp. Please do not send any more medication with your student. Over the counter medications (i.e. Advil, Tylenol, Pepto Bismol, etc.) will be available for students through the administrative staff.
