You will drop off your student at Michindoh Conference Center starting at 4pm on Friday, July 10th 2026.

You will pick up your student at Michindoh Conference Center at 10:30am on Monday, July 13th 2026.

Yes. We will have parking available for those who to choose to drive themselves to High School Camp.

Yes! If you are in need of an abnormal drop-off/pick-up times, please email our team at Students@CedarCreek.tv prior to camp.

All students will be in cabins with other students from their campus and age range, and with at least TWO group leaders. Students are able to submit a cabinmate request during registration and our team will do our best to accommodate that request; however, we cannot assure the request will be made.

Nope! We follow the “buddy” rule at High School Camp, where all students are to take someone along if going somewhere.

We ask that you register with the campus you normally attend. That way, all students can be placed in groups that are consistent with what they will experience when they get back to church.

Everything (besides transportation). All meals, activities, housing, etc.

Unfortunately, we do not provide any transportation to and from High School Camp. You are responsible to transport your student to and from High School Camp.

All registrations are final. No transfers or refunds are available.

You will receive a confirmation email, and from there, all communication will come via email or text. You can also find important information in our app under the Camp Resources section of the Explore tab.

Please specify on your student’s registration any concerns or restrictions your student has regarding food or other allergies. From there, we will do our best to serve your student while at camp, OR contact us at Students@CedarCreek.tv prior to camp.

Please label EVERYTHING. We will hold all items until July 31st. After that time, items will be donated. To pick up items left at camp, please come to our Perrysburg office Mon-Thu 9am-5pm or email us at Students@CedarCreek.tv.

Please do not send your student with any electronics, including cell phones. High School Camp is intentionally designed to help students disconnect from distractions and fully engage with God, their group, and the experience around them. If you need to reach your child in an emergency, please contact us at 419-460-8573.

All medications must be in the original prescription bottle. Please only send enough medication to cover the time of the students stay at camp. Please do not send any more medication with your student. Over the counter medications (i.e. Advil, Tylenol, Pepto Bismol, etc.) will be available for students through the administrative staff.

We’re grateful to have welcomed students with a variety of needs at our camps, and we’re committed to making sure every student feels supported and included. When you register, please note any specific needs or special accommodations your student may require.
